It might be cool to be able to hire a couple employees and then have benefits to keep the happy (or raise/lower their hourly rate).

Make it simpler. Your game is a confusing. I would forget about the Main menu at the top and put everything in one place. Easy to access. Easy to find. There wouldn't be a need to go trough several screens. The manual idea may seem good but I don't think people want to read a book, especially a manual. So replace with the a small simple guide. Only say what's necessary and say it in few words. Fix the crashing problems. It still crashes. And make it longer since people like me finished it quickly. Add decent medals. All of your medals are bad except for Major Player (buy all 4 properties). They are bad because they are too easy and you get them by just playing normally. Give your new game a nice name. It has to be related to the old game because it's a sequel. It can't be something like Recordshop Tycoon 2! That is awful. You could use a synonym of tycoon, you could keep the name and add something to it... Just not the generic 2.
