So I accept the beta test, but went to the link and saw no game. Am I doing something wrong?

You're not the first one having problems with it. Some people seem to get it to work while others don't. I have never tested a game so I'm not quite sure how it works from your end.

EDIT: I'm a tit, deleted the game file. It should be back now.

I would really appreciate if I could join the beta testing. Record shop tycoon 1 was excellent and I was really excited for a sequel, although as much as I've been searching for RST2 throughout the net, I was unable to find a website that had it. I would much appreciate being able to join you guys in testing awesome-looking game , there are so much more futures that got my attention. I would be happily waiting for a response :)
