[The W Force - Episode 1]

Great Stuff!

Excellent visual style, a nice silly plot and great voice acting. For a first part of a series it feels very solid and polished. Good effort and I hope to see more soon.

It's a shame...

...that this movie only has 1,700 views. I just came across this when I was voting for my monthlies (you're in it), and I was surprised both by how good it is and that it hasn't been featured on the frontpage, I guess this is one of those gems that unfortunately was missed by Tom. Anyway, I like it, love the style and the song as well, and I hope you're going to make more.

Haha, that was brilliant! It's hard mixing real-life stuff with flash, but you've nailed it pretty well. It was refreshing, the animation was really fluent and it had some good random humor in it. I like it!

Get your facts straight. And you're not going to tell me you're proud of the fact America bombed Japan, since that is the most inhumane thing a country has ever done. Oh, and btw, it looks like you accidently forgot to mention Vietnam, or wasn't that an accident?

Vietnam has nothing to do with my point... additionally... I am VERY proud of America for bombing Japan... it brought the war to swift decisive end... and it avoided the project casualties of over half a million American soldiers that would have been lost in an invasion of Japan... and in war it is us or them... please read a book... then kill yourself with it.

Constructive criticism

Just a few things I type down while watching the movie, I'm just trying to gice some constructive criticism, nothing personal:
- the intro with the text takes far too long in my opinion.
- There is no sound during the movie. some voiceactors would've helped a bit.
- It all looks a bit empty, not detailed.
- it is all a bit slow, no action.
I you would improve the movie on these points I think it can be very good. i like the idea behind it. So I hope you make a third part, and try to mprove some things.

Thanks, this is great advice; I hope for the next episode I could include all those qualities that you've just mentioned. I was also thinking that the text is too slow in the beginning but then I had second thoughts that some people might read slow.

This flash was inspired by Lillium? Well I have to admit, the only thing I didn't like in this flash was the Lilliumish text, it didn't fit right with the flash I thought.
I love the naruto style and music you used. Your drawings were brilliant, did you draw the entire thing with flash? 'cause it certainly looked good. I liked the grayscale colors, with the red accents. Nice Job!

I'm not that into clay...

But I think this is pretty good, finally something different than all the other (crappy) dance-claymation. Argh je gebruikt alleen net het nummer dat ik in mijn eerste flash wilde gebruiken.

Take it easy...

Some people might be taking this flash a bit too serious? Like the author says 'Of course, don’t take any of this too seriously'. I liked the flash, made me laugh and all. I think neo_pikachu did a nice job in making some sort of parody or X-files kinda story on the entire pokemon 'affair' that's going on here.

Glad you like it! Coincidentally, the font I used for most of the text is the X-files font, which I feel fit the theme the best. And I’m glad it made you laugh, hopefully you’ll enjoy the next one even more.
